Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our rescue! Every purchase you make directly helps the dogs in our care. As we sell a mix of new and pre-loved items, please read our return guidelines below.

Used and Pre-loved Items
All Sales Final: All second-hand, donated or used items are sold ‘as-is’ and cannot be returned or exchanged
Condition: We carefully inspect and clean all items before listing them. Any notable wear or minor defects will be clearly stated in the product description. Please review photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

New Merchandise and Branded Goods
We accept returns on brand new items, such as rescue hoodies, mugs, or new pet supplies, under the following conditions
*Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

*Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging

*Exemptions: Custom printed items and personalised goods cannot be returned

How to Start a Return (New Items Only)

Email us at: forever5oes@gmail.com, with your order number and the reason for return

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because we are a non profit rescue, we cannot cover return postage, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds and Processing

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days
